About us - Where it all started
My name is David Lea and after spending a successful decade working as a property valuer in both corporate and independent estate agency in Northampton and Bedford, I decided in 2008 to set up on my own as a Domestic Energy Assessor and to offer an unrivalled independent EPC service to property professionals and private homeowners throughout Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
My goal has always been, and still is, to not only supply the EPC thoroughly, quickly and at a great price, but to back that up with a level of customer satisfaction that enables me to grow through repeat business and recommendation. Also for your peace of mind, we are insured, DBS checked and fully accredited through Stroma Certification.
Over the years i’ve now surveyed many thousands of properties including working alongside Northampton Partnership Homes for over six years where i surveyed a large part of their social housing stock and dealt with a wide variety of property types and styles.
Over 20 years of experience in the housing sector has given me a level of knowledge and expertise that you can totally put your faith in. I genuinely believe that my passion for what i do plus my desire to offer the very highest level of customer service and satisfaction comes through with how i deal with my customers.
I always aim to have your certificate placed onto the national EPC register on the same day i visit the property and alongside dealing direct with homeowners, i also work with a number of carefully selected sales & letting agents as well as many landlords, owners of HMOs, block management companies and other building trade contractors.
