From day one we decided that we would operate a pricing policy where nothing was hidden, and all our customers would know exactly what they’ll pay if they book an EPC with us.
The internet is littered with EPC suppliers of which many are large national companies, often masquerading as local businesses, and offering particularly attractive prices to entice customers in and then it turns out to be not quite what it appeared.
What we find though is that when you delve deeper with the large national companies you are faced with a multitude of form filling, websites requiring upfront payment and the vague ‘from’ prices where what started out looking attractive soon becomes a very different proposition.
At NN Home Energy Surveys we simply do none of that. Our website has our contact details listed and you are welcome to contact us by phone, email, online chat or through our ‘contact us form’. We never take payment up front, you pay on the day once the survey has been completed and we have no ‘from’ prices, with us you pay just £59…and that’s guaranteed.
Also, because we are based where we operate, we are in a great position to be able to often accommodate last minute requests through same day appointments and as standard all our EPCs are delivered on the day we conduct the survey.
