Need your EPC urgently?
We fully appreciate that sometimes you just need things now, we get lots of calls from vendors ready to complete who’ve found out from their conveyancer that there’s no EPC in place, from landlords who’ve got a tenant about to move in and theres no EPC ready for them and a multitude of other reasons.
That’s why we offer an ‘Express Same Day EPC’ service which means that whatever day we visit you on, you’ll have your EPC delivered to your inbox that same day, guaranteed, for just an additional £20 on top of our standard EPC price.
